I Wish I Hadn’t Jumped
We had just finished our prayers, and while
I was putting my shoes back on, Kareem said,
“What if we were to die now?” We laughed,
but for a while I thought to myself “what
if?” Are the good things I had done in life
enough…?
We went walking, then Kareem suddenly stopped and said, “I want to jump.” Close to our college there’s a building under construction, with a huge pile of sand on the ground. He wanted to jump from the second floor onto the sand. I didn’t like the idea at first; however I was quite excited, and agreed. We then met Sherif and Seif. Sherif had done it before; jumping from the 2nd floor onto the sand. It was so cool, and we were really impressed.
I held the camera and started recording. Sherif was the first to jump then Kareem. Sherif jumped next and it was so awesome, we laughed because it was so much fun. Then Kareem’s turn came. He wasn’t sure if he could make it, but in the end he did it and we just kept laughing on and on. Write With TS.
