Mini-Bullets
How fast do you think an old mini Morris can go? 100 Km? Maybe 120 Km if you’re lucky. Well, how about 200KM/H plus, & goes 0-100 within 2.4 seconds? Yes, this can happen in a car the size of a big box! Road

The mini Morris is quite a popular car around the world, with a long line of production & a longer history of reliability & maneuverability. This car used to turn many heads in the old days. And up till now, the new mini still turns heads with its unique accessories & colors. Simply, everyone would love to have a mini bullet in their garage.

Driving a motorcycle on open roads & squeezing the engine delivers a breath-taking experience for your body; riding at high speeds. So how about converting the old popular mini into a racing bullet with a super bike’s spirit & a handling of a racetrack car? This can happen by swapping the car’s engine with a Honda Type-R’s, a turbo charged 1.3L Suzuki Haybussa, or twin R1 engines.

Honda Conversion
Many companies in the UK offer mini to Type-R conversion kits, including a totally new car chassis made of two parts; a rear one with brand new axels & suspension, & a front one with an engine’s mount, steering system & big brakes. Lately, manufacturers started offering AWD kits for turbo charged engines to allow a power figure of around 300 HP to the reach the tires, providing better handling at corner exits & maximum grip during acceleration. The type R engine is fitted in the front with all its control units & the cooling system up front of it. In the back is the gas tank, & the car’s battery is beside the driver. The car is completely surrounded by a roll cage to hold the car from coming apart & providing more safety for the driver, who would be a very lucky one to have such wheels!
Bike’s Engine Conversion
Using a bike’s engine has a great weight advantage, as the bike’s engine is much lighter than that of a Honda or any other car, therefore the engine is fitted in the back & the car is converted into RWD with LSD (Limited Slip Deferential) & a sequential 6 speed gearbox. After fitting the bike’s engine in, the car’s tuning stage starts by fitting a turbo charger in.
